Willow Grove Stable first began in Millarville, Alberta but after expanding operations moved to the present location in 1985.

The barn features 26 large box stalls with rubber mats throughout.  We can also accommodate your needs for outside board in spacious paddocks with shelters.

Our indoor arena 70’ x 190’ has a combination of sand and rubber footing. We have two outdoor sand rings and an outdoor grass ring, which enables us to train for all competition scenarios.

Horses that board inside enjoy their daily turnout in large individual paddocks or field group turnout if they need a good play.

The coaches and staff at Willow Grove ensure the horses are treated as ‘elite’ athletes and part of the family. Each horse that stables inside has a personal feed program tailored to his or her individual nutritional and exercise needs. Stabled horses receive their feed four times daily. Paddock horses have the choice of feed schedules of three times per day or round baled hay for those hard keepers.

Willow Grove Stable also hosts three tournaments a year. All events are open to the public, and Willow Grove welcomes visitors to their day-to-day working environment.

Training and Lessons take place weekdays from 9:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m. and weekends from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
